In order to prove campaign efficacy, Root+Beta analyzed changes in two key metrics - close rate and time-to-purchase. A period-over-period comparison yielded promising results - a 39% increase in close rate, from 10.0% to 13.9%. In addition, time-to-purchase decreased from a 2 week average to 5 days.
